All amendment requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5. Amendments by Egypt For Travel

We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary where circumstances require — for example, site closures, weather conditions, or operational requirements. We will always notify you in advance of any changes and offer equivalent alternatives. In the unlikely event of a significant change that materially affects your tour, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.

6. Visas & Passport Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining the correct visa and ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Most nationalities can obtain an Egypt e-Visa at visa2egypt.gov.eg before travel, or obtain a visa on arrival at Cairo International Airport for USD $25. Egypt For Travel is not responsible for any costs or losses arising from failure to hold the correct travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure, covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss of belongings. Egypt For Travel is not responsible for costs arising from illness, injury, theft, or any circumstance not directly caused by our negligence.

8. Health & Medical Requirements

There are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter Egypt for most nationalities. However, we recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic before departure. Egypt For Travel is not responsible for any health issues arising during your tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility needs at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.

9. Our Liability

Egypt For Travel acts as a tour operator and is liable for the proper delivery of tour services as described in your booking confirmation. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, civil unrest, airport closures, government travel advisories, or third-party supplier failures. In all cases we will work to minimise disruption and find solutions for affected travelers.

10. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint during your tour, please raise it immediately with your tour guide or our operations team so we can resolve it on the spot. If your complaint is not resolved during your tour, submit it in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of your return. We take all complaints seriously and commit to responding within 5 working days.
